Nuna Shipping & Tax Details
We know you’re excited for your Nuna gear (and we are too!). Below, we’ve outlined details of what you can expect with shipping & taxes when ordering your gear from us on Nuna Direct.
Pricing
Standard shipping is free for all Nuna Direct orders except those shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.
For Alaska and Hawaii, standard shipping has a flat rate of $80.00.
Timing
Most orders are shipped via FedEx Ground from our warehouse in Washington State.
You should receive your order within 10 business days of confirmation. Please note that we do not offer weekend deliveries. If you have a rural ZIP code, please allow another two days for delivery.
For two-day shipping, orders must be placed by 2 p.m. EST on the day of shipping. Any orders placed after this time will be processed the following business day.
Orders submitted after 2 p.m. EST Monday through Thursday or after 11:59 p.m. EST Friday through Sunday will be processed the following business day. For example, an order placed with two-day shipping on Thursday will be delivered the following Monday.
Please note: Two-day shipping may be impacted by weather-related or other uncontrollable circumstances. We would recommend that you check with FedEx for alerts and areas impacted.

- Good Friday
- Memorial Day
- Juneteenth
- Independence Day
- Labor Day
- Thanksgiving Day and the Friday following
- Christmas Eve
- Christmas Day
Orders placed on these days will ship the following non-holiday business day.
Where does NUNA ship?
We ship to all 50 states.
We will NOT process orders shipping to US territories, International addresses, or P.O. boxes.
Please note: We do not ship to an APO, AE, or addresses outside the U.S.
Editing your order
If you need to edit your order before it has shipped, you can do so by calling our customer service team at 1.855.NUNA.USA (855.686.2872).
Tax specifics
Nuna charges the applicable state tax based on the delivery address of your order. Tax will also be applied to the shipping and handling charges if required. The sales tax displayed at checkout will be the final amount applied.
