To ensure you're fully prepared, we recommend you visit our Rava Recall page and complete the following steps:
- Confirm if your car seat is affected.
- Request your remedy kit, which includes a new seat pad, matching headrest, and cleaning kit. The remedy kit is available in two stylish colors: Caviar (black) or Granite (gray).
- Perform a harness function test. Our recall page provides detailed instructions on how to perform this test.
- If you have completed steps 1, 2, and 3, and your car seat is functioning correctly, there is nothing further you need to do, and you will soon receive your remedy kit.
- If your harness is not functioning as designed, please send a video to info.usa@nunababy.com demonstrating the issue using the harness function test instructions on our Rava Recall Page. Ensure your video replicates the video on our page and includes the harness button.
